Ivor Cummins, BE (Chem), CEng MIEI, is a top-class engineer with a long career in the medical device field and other industries. His specialty is leading teams in complex problem-solving efforts. In 2015, he was shortlisted for Irish Chartered Engineer of the Year.
Ivor has applied his technical expertise to decoding the causes of human chronic disease and obesity. He speaks at conferences and conducts seminars around the world to provide actionable plans for preventing and healing chronic disease.

Jeffry N. Gerber, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family physician and owner of South Suburban Family Medicine in Littleton, Colorado. Widely known as Denver’s Diet Doctor, Dr. Gerber has been providing personalized health care to the Denver community since 1993, with an emphasis on longevity, wellness, and prevention.
For decades, Dr. Gerber has researched the science of carbohydrate and fat metabolism, insulin resistance, inflammation, and chronic metabolic disease. He’s used low-carb, high-fat diets to treat and prevent chronic conditions such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease with great success.
In 2010, Dr. Gerber received the honorary Degree of Fellow from the American Academy of Family Physicians for his commitment to family medicine and his contributions to the local community.

Chef Ryan Turner has been a cooking devotee his whole life. As a chef and a gourmet food enthusiast, Ryan always found it difficult to remain at a healthy weight. After adopting a low-carb approach in 2013, he slimmed down and has since remained at a healthy weight without any struggle or sacrifice.
